Reservations

the reserve of the House of OIDOR become effective after payment of 50% of the total price of the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of check in.

Payments
the effective payment of the booking confirmation may be made via bank transfer or remittance of cheques made payable to the House of Oidor.

Cancellations
construed Cancellations to all situations in which after effective reserve exists decrease of number of nights or total withdrawal of the occupation of the House.
The cancellations will be effective the following conditions:
Until 30 days before the date of occupation – return of 50% delivery.
Less than 30 days – total loss of delivery.

bed linen and towels are changed whenever there are new guests and the fourth day when the stay is longer than six days.
In all rooms there is a change of bed linen and towels extra.

Cleanups
General cleanings are made to the fourth day and always entering new guest.
Guests may request extra cleanings _ see the attached table.

Animals
is disallowed the stay of pets.

breakfasts
In price is not included the breakfast.
All homes are equipped with all the material necessary for the preparation of breakfast. The bakery is located about two kilometres (5 minutes by car) where there are several types of bread and fresh cakes every day.
However if previously requested may serve upon payment of 10,00 € per person/day.

rules for use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi

the use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is free and must abide by strict rules of hygiene and security in the sense of being safeguarded all sanitary conditions. So:

• babies should use diapers are fit for purpose
• children under the age of 10 years can only use the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi if accompanied by adults.
• If you are unwell, cannot use the pool and the Jacuzzi
• If you have any wound in skin, nose, lips or elsewhere in the body, even if protected with plasters, bandages or adhesives, the guest cannot avail himself of the pool and Jacuzzi;
• It is mandatory to take a shower before use;
• is not allowed in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi with creams, make-up, skin treatments, or any other product that could interfere with the quality of the water;
• is not allowed to bring food and beverages into the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi;
• for safety reasons is not permitted the use of glass utensils or dishes at the pool and Jacuzzi,
• is not advisable for the interior of the pool and Jacuzzi watches, rings, bracelets, wires, hooks, etc.
