(Using Nightsbridge Real time availability system)
• Negotiate and maximize each reservation and ensuring accuracy of detail
• Maintain communication internally with other departments and externally by means of building client reports
• Working alongside the front desk team to achieve average daily rates, higher occupancy and up selling.
• Have a good knowledge of 3rd party websites and Travel Agents
• Monitor no-shows and overbooking levels
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring correspondence is accurately filed and completed on a daily basis.
• Allocating work duties to Team Members and supervising contractors
• Carrying out routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Reporting and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning
• Managing and training Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
• Stock control and the maintenance of equipment
• Register supplier and customer invoices and track incoming and outgoing cash flows
• Handling of Petty Cash
• Detect any anomalies and track them back to their source
• Providing excellent guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
