Free long distance and Wireless web access!! Summit Peaks Lodge SOUTH is a newly built 4,000 sq ft million dollar custom log home using over 250,000 lbs of Douglas Fir logs up to 24" in diameter. We just added a new Pool Table too! We can comfortably SLEEP 24 people in SIX bedrooms (with 17 comfy beds in many configurations) and 6.5 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub!). As an alternative if you have a smaller group, guests can utilize just the main house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, or just the apartment unit that has it's own kitchen and sleeps 4 with one bathroom. Over 4 years in contruction, Master Builders has spared no expense to make this the trophy home of the area. The newest addition to the Summit Peaks Lodge is a huge luxurious outdoor HOT TUB/SPA...the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day in any season. So that you will feel right at home, we have provided TWO sets of washers/dryers and huge 32" SONY TV's in the great rooms. Satellite DirecTV service has been installed and of course, DVD players too. The kitchen is fully equiped for large groups and has a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, and complete small appliances. While snuggling up in front of the glowing gas pot belly stove in the winter or rehashing outdoor adventures in the summer, you will enjoy awesome views of gorgeous Lake Dillon and the Gore Mt. Range from the main living area. There's lots of comfortable space for group gatherings or quiet times in the two spacious living rooms. All the wood flooring on the main level is heated for keeping warm on cold winter nights. The open kitchen is conveniently designed and opens on to the dining room and living room. Cozy nooks abound for quiet TV/DVD/VCR watching, puzzle solving, reading or just kicking back and relaxing. Used by itself, or combined with Summit Peaks Lodge North, we wll happily work with you to make your group outing a most memorable trip for all.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee
