Just a few steps away from the wilderness of White River National Forest, Summit Peaks Lodge North is nestled among Colorado spruce and quaking aspens and features awesome views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range.OUR North Lodge comes with Free wireless internet access, the user name and passwords will be posted on the fridgerator! While relaxing on the deck our guests often spot indigenous wild life scurrying through the property as well. Our spacious 4200 sq ft log home comfortably sleeps 17 in 6 bedrooms with a wide variety of bedding arrangements. These include a king bed in 1 bedroom, queen beds in 3 bedrooms, twins in 1 bedroom, and bunk beds and a twin in the last room. Additionally there are queen sofa sleepers in two of the living areas. There are 3 1/2 baths to accommodate the guests. The main living room of the North Lodge features a crackling, inviting wood burning fireplace that can also be seen from the spacious, well appointed kitchen as well as from the large dining room area. We also have 3 other comfy sitting areas for those quiet times of reading of just kicking back. TV's and a washer and dryer as well as other amenities will make you feel right at home. The newly constructed hot tub/spa on the back deck is the perfect spot for ending an exhilarating day in warm weather or cold. Used by itself or combined with Summit Peaks Lodge South, we can help you with your arrangements for family reunions, anniversaries, weddings or corporate outings to make a most memorable trip for all.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

All rates subject to 12% Resort Tax.
50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival
Check out cleaning required, maid service available at additional charge.
Minimum 4 night stay required.
A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
All rates and taxes are subject to change.
Check in time is 5:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
No Smoking $200 charge if violated
No Pets Allowed $200 charge if violated

Deposit Policy:
A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure

Refund Policy:
A 100% fee is applied to all canceled reservation
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee
