Deposit required
100 % deposit is required within 4 days in order to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy
Please be advised that our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellation on arrival or during full confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited

• No Show, No Cancellation for a confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited

• Cancellation 30 days before arrival date – twenty five percent (50%) payment will be forfeited

• Cancellation 0 – 14 days before arrival for confirmed booking – fifty percent (65%) payment will be forfeited

• Cancellation less than 14 days - 48 hours before arrival for confirmed booking – seventy five percent (65%) payment will be forfeited

• Cancellation 48 hours - 24 hours before arrival for confirmed booking – full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited


15 on penguin guest house will consider the following to be compelling/extenuating circumstances, under which cancellation may be accepted, purely on compassionate basis, at no charge, provided that proof is furnished:
• Life threatening and unforeseen illness/ sickness of client(s) or their immediate family member(s)
• Death of client(s) or their immediate family member(s).
