To finalise a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% which is also considered a cancellation fee.
We prefer your credit card as guarantee. We also confirm that no money will be transferred in advance. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to date of arrival or a non-arrival of the guests, the deposit will be forfeited to cover losses and costs. However, if other paying guests are found for the same period, the deposit will not be taken.
