Your hosts Terry and Benita look forward to welcoming you to their luxury Milnerton home, situated in picturesque Sunset Beach, Milnerton, where you enjoy cool sea breezes, magnificent sunsets and the sounds of waves crashing on the shore.

Africa Rose House (B&B) offers accommodation in 3 double rooms as well as 1 self catering unit in an exclusive setting allowing you to explore the magnificent Cape area while your hosts strive to make your stay with them as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

All rooms have European windows and patio doors fitted with laminated glass, with blinds and lined curtains to ensure a good night's sleep, or leave them open for a sea breeze and the sound of the waves breaking on the shore.

The rooms have heated towel rails in the bathrooms, are serviced daily, have remote ceiling fans, tea and coffee facilities, DSTV, wall-safe, extra blankets and feather down duvets for those who feel the chill. Secure off street parking is also available.

Take a leisurely stroll along the beach path and enjoy breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the new Cape Town Stadium. You can lounge by the pool or relax in the tranquil setting of the garden while enjoying a delightful breakfast prepared by your Lancashire host. At night, enjoy a glass of wine from your balcony while watching Cape Town's amazing sunsets.

Shops, restaurants, golf courses (Milnerton Golf Course - 7km and Atlantic Beach Golf Course -14km) are all within close proximity. Canal Walk Shopping Centre (the biggest in the Southern hemisphere) is 7km away while an abundance of pubs, clubs and outdoor restaurants are situated on the Blaauwberg Beach Front (only 3 km away).
