The country cottage has 3 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate 6 to 8 guests for vacation accommodation. The downstairs area is open plan, entering into a large hallway with stairs leading to the first floor ahead and the sitting room to the left. Passing under a stone archway from the sitting room brings you to the fabulous Snaidero kitchen and breakfast area and beyond to the dining room. There are french doors that open on to sunny terraces from the sitting room and dining room making the villa perfect for summer living…Children are welcome when part of the villa rental group, ideal location for a family holiday in Italy, near Perugia.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

The Client agrees to pay charges to La Preghiera LLC in the event of cancellation of the Facilities or if the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the Facilities at the time and on the day specified in the Contract. The cancellation charges are as follows, cancellation within 56 days, 75% refund of total fee paid, cancellation within 28 days, 50% refund of fee paid, and cancellation within 14 days of the commencement of the booking or Facility, no refund.
