The villa, totally independent and bounded by fencing, has a private access road. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons and is equipped with independent heating and satellite TV.

A full contact with nature and immersed in the natural park of Monte Acuto, the villa has been recently reconstructed in perfect harmony with the natural and landscape features of the site.
Original stone, wooden beams, handmade tiles: all craft materials come from working with ancient techniques respecting the tradition of old rural farmhouses in Umbria and Tuscany.

THE GARDEN AND POLL
Large garden and large swimming pool illuminated: the villa is ideal for those who want relaxing holidays and wellness. The pool is entirely covered with tiles, has a system of disinfection electrolytic salt, measuring 12 x 6 meters deep and has a progressive up to 1.50 meters.
The garden, planted entirely with grass and oak trees surrounds the villa and includes a patio with a pergola for outdoor meals and a part dedicated to barbecue with oven.

The villa, located in Umbria near Umbertide, is in a convenient location for excursions and itineraries to discover the tourist areas of considerable interest both in Umbria is Tuscany, as Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Arezzo, Gubbio, Lago Trasimeno, Todi, Deruta.
Assisi, rich in history and tradition, welcomes tourists from around the world and offers many events all year, and is not far from a multitude of towns and small cities all worth visiting, such as Deruta, Spello, Foligno.
Cortona is a town of Etruscan origin of art in the province of Arezzo, is just over 40 km and is the second most important center of culture and tourism in Val di Chiana.
Gubbio, a town famous for the biggest Christmas tree in the world and famous for the Corsa dei Ceri, is only 30 km away, as is Lake Trasimeno, the fourth biggest lake in Italy that Lord Byron described as "a silvery veil "(Childe Harold's Pilgrimage, 1816).
The villa is nestled in the tranquil nature park and away from noise and routine of the city, but less than 7 miles from the center of Umbertide, offering a wide variety of services and commercial activities.

A short distance there are also numerous recreational activities including fishing (world race field), golf, tennis, horseback riding, hiking and SPA. The villa is easily reachable from the railway station of Umbertide, both from Perugia (25 km), the Rome airport is instead 200 km.

Booking your stay at Villa Costa Piccola requires non-refundable payment of 30% of the reservation price. Balance should be paid at arrival. A security deposit of € 750 will be requested at arrival.
