Casa Carlo Goldoni was planned by Architect and Artist Michelangelo Eremita.
This particular furnished lodging is the result of collaboration of planners, craftsmen, and venetian artists who have the passion for nice simple and functional things.

Interiors are enriched by particular art details. Eremita has planned and realized:

Casa Carlo Goldoni has this precious name because it was the residence of Carlo Goldoni ( 1707 - 1793 ), illustrious venetian poet and dramatist. He stayed there from September 1748 and June 1760.

REAL ESTATE LODGING AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement is entered by and between
Casa Carlo Goldoni CAOS snc with his site in San Marco, 1047 – 30124 Venezia
( hereinafter referred as LESSOR )
And
the CLIENT
1) EARNEST: at the booking the CLIENT shall pay the 30% of the whole amount of the lodging.
2) CLIENT ON DEFAULT. In case of CLIENT withdrawal, or in case of non-check in ( no show ), LESSOR shall stop the earnest, apart from more damages. CLIENT shall take advantage of a bonus-lodging equal to the earnest for a one year time from the date of subscription. The bonus shall be spent during the low season.
3) LESSOR ON DEFAULT. LESSOR shall return the double earnest as point 1), apart from damages, in case of impossibility to give the booked lodging service, and if the CLIENT shall not agree A) to another similar and nearby lodging of same or superior class; or B) to receive a bonus to be spent lodging LESSOR within a year from the date of subscription of this Agreement; in case of point A) any transport charges and any difference of price shall be at expense of LESSOR.
4) CAUTION MONEY. When the CLIENT arrives at “Casa Carlo Goldoni”, shall give to the LESSOR the amount of € 100,00 ( one hundred euros ) by cash as Caution Money. The LESSOR shall return by cash the same amount of € 100,00 ( hundred euros ) at the check-out after the check-out inspection of “Casa Carlo Goldoni”; in case of damages the Caution Money shall be stopped apart from more damages.
5) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES; Casa Carlo Goldoni is at CLIENT’s disposal from 12 am of the arrival day (check-in ) until 11 am of the departure day ( check-out ). The CLIENT shall ask in advance to the LESSOR for an early check-in or a later check-out.
6) FULL PAYMENT: the CLIENT shall pay the balance of the whole lodging amount before or at the arrival ( check-in );
7) The parties shall endeavor to settle amicably any and all disputes that may arise under this Agreement. This Agreement and all question arising hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws and decisions of the State of Italy. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably agrees that the court of Venezia shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any suit or other proceeding arising out upon this Agreement.
8) In accordance with art. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code either party hereby agrees on point 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) of this Lodging Real Estate Agreement. The CLIENT shall entitle the LESSOR to use personal datas to accomplish this Agreement.
