We are located between the Accademia Bridge and San Marco square, in a special, quiet and elegant area. Nearby we have all the major atractions of our wonderfull city. San Marco Square with its enchanting Basilica and the magnificent Doges' Palace. The Palazzo Grassi Museum with its Pinnault modern art collection, the Guggenheim Museum of Venice. The shopping district of Via XXII Marzo - (Prada, Gucci, Bulgary, Ferragamo, Missoni, Etro etc) everything just few steps away from our hotel. As well as the most important theather of Venice "La Fenice" and the Accademia Galleries of Art such as the wonderful Salute church everything at just at 5 min. walking distance.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email or fax within the terms above.
If a cancellation is made with less than this period of notice, we reserve the right to charge for one night’s stay. In the event of a no-show or a premature departure we will reserve the right to charge the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed.
