Lovane Boutique Wine Estate and Guest House
LovanE is one of the smallest wine estates near Stellenbosch, situated in the picturesque Boland, neighbouring the famous Neethlingshof Wine Estate and Overgaauw Wine Estate. 2.5 Hectare vineyards were planted on virgin land in 2003. The plantings consist of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The first wine was produced in 2006.
Chickens, peacocks, spotted dikkops, guinea fowl and partridges roam freely in the vineyards. Many chameleons can be found in the vineyards and in summer they are sometimes seen on the vine trellises or fences.
The guesthouse is an accommodation gem with affordable luxury rooms and bathrooms.
LovanE is a working wine farm owned and run by the Gous family.

LovanE is an affordable luxury accommodation gem in the winelands of Stellenbosch, with all the peace and restfulness that a wine farm experience has to offer, yet only 5km from the picturesque Stellenbosch town-centre, 22km from Cape Town International Airport and 35km from Cape Town City Centre.

All our rooms have stunning mountain and vineyard views. The décor is modern and stylish, but still cosy and comfortable. All rooms have air-conditioning, 12-channel TV, safes, minibar, hairdryer/shaver plug and coffee/tea for you to enjoy on the in room or on the open stoeps. The rooms are all NON-Smoking.

Room for physically disabled people
LovanE has one room which has been adapted to fit the needs of physically disabled persons.
It is a standard Vineyard room in all aspects, but in order to get the bathroom big enough for wheelchair access, the room has been made slightly smaller.
There are normally two twin beds in the room, but a double bed also fits in the room, although it is then against the wall on one side.

Venue Policy
Reservation Policy:
•Reservation to be confirmed in writing with a Credit Card number and expiry date.
•A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation.
•Check in times between 14h00 and 20h00. Should you be arriving later, please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
•Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: forfeit in full deposit
•Cancellation from 31 days to 40 days: forfeit 25% of the deposit
No Show
•In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.
Early Departure
•Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for. Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s.
