Should a booking be cancelled, the Eagle's Nest reserves the right to retain the deposit.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation fee up to 3 weeks before arrival - 40% of full payment.
Cancellation fee up to 2 weeks before arrival - 60% of the full payment.
Cancellation fee up to 1 week before arrival - 80% of the full payment.
For part cancellations or changes to bookings, the Eagle's Nest reserves the right to recalculate according to above prices.
We reserve the right of change, prior to booking received should this be necessary.
